Roshni Wadhwa is Director – Human Resources at L’Oréal India. She is responsible for the organization’s People Strategy, across Leadership, Talent and Culture.

Roshni joined L’Oréal as the General Manager – Human Resources for the Consumer Products Division and then started as the Director – Human Resources in Singapore in 2015.

Prior to joining L’Oréal, she was the Head - Talent Management at Novartis India Ltd. for over 3 years and General Manager – HR at Future Group for over 6 years. Her expertise lies in areas such as talent and performance management, successful team management, talent acquisition and engagement, succession planning, employer branding and workforce planning.

Roshni has a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pune.

Roshni is also certified as Executive Coach by the ICF in the year 2017.
