Rachit Mathur took over as the General Manager of India’s Luxe division in 2021, which houses premium brands including Kiehl’s, Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent and Giorgio Armani.

Rachit joined L’Oréal India in 2007 as Regional Trade Marketing Manager in the Consumer Products Division. Since then, he was promoted to Regional Sales Manager for North India in 2011, going on to become the National Sales Manager for Kérastase in 2014. Following this, he served as Brand General Manager for Kérastase for 4 years.

Prior to this, his experience includes Senior Marketing Manager at ColorBar Cosmetics in 2005, Senior Manager of Events and Sales Support at Modicare in 2002, and Manager of Events and Business Development at Magnum Nexus Events in 1999.

Rachit holds a Bachelors of Commerce from Delhi University from 1999.
