Nhi Le is the General Manager of L'Oréal Vietnam Active Cosmetics Divisions, a position she has held since late 2019.
In her current role, Mrs Nhi oversees the division in charge of dermatological beauty in Vietnam. She leads the brand strategies, innovation plans, digital transformation, and multi-channel distribution models (including drugstore and mass retailers, e-commerce, specialty/department stores, dispensing physicians, boutiques, and direct-to-consumer social commerce) for the division. The brand portfolio includes La Roche-Posay, Vichy, SkinCeuticals and CeraVe.
Prior to becoming General Manager of the Active Cosmetics Division, Mrs Nhi led the Division as the Sales Director, accelerating growth and leading the brand's expansion throughout the country, contributing to making Active Cosmetics brands the leader in premium medical skincare.
Mrs Nhi obtained Master in Marketing, Sales and Service from CFVG – the program in partnership between University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City – UEH and IAE de Paris University Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne in 2013.
