L’Oréal New Zealand, based in Auckland, represents more than 20 of the Group’s international brands.

We ensure that our products are accessible to New Zealand consumers every day in all major supermarkets, department stores, pharmacies, boutiques and hair salons.

We employ more than 200 people representing more than 20 nationalities across our head office, distribution center, field force and beauty counters. The L’Oréal Professional Products’ hairdressing training academy is located in Auckland’s central business district.

In the spirit of sharing beauty with all in our communities, L’Oréal New Zealand’s charitable giving includes a range of New Zealand not-for-profit organizations focused on beauty and empowerment.

At L’Oréal, we care for animal welfare and we do not test on animals. We are for beauty with no animal testing.

Since 1989, 14 years before the "EU" regulations required us to do so, we have not tested the safety of our products on animals.
Because we care about animal welfare, over 40 years ago, L’Oréal pioneered the development of human reconstructed skin that can be used to evaluate how cosmetic ingredients and products behave on human skin.
