L’Oréal India has been awarded the reputed EDGE (Economic Dividends for Gender Equality) certification for the fourth term in recognition for its efforts towards creating an inclusive organisational culture with gender equality and diversity at the core. L’Oréal is the only FMCG company and one of only four Indian companies to be accredited with the EDGE Move Certificate.
