L’Oréal Australia partners with The Father Hood One key part of our gender equality strategy is understanding that by providing working dads with access to equal parent leave and flexible working arrangements, and encouraging its uptake is integral to progressing gender equality in the workplace. By supporting men to take parental leave and utilise flexible work arrangements we are part of the movement to benefit families, organisations and society, and to make a positive impact on workplace gender equality.

We are proud to support Pinnacle Foundation and the increvable work They do to provide educationnal scholarships, mentoring and opportunities for Young LGBTIQ+ Australians to realise their full potential and overcome challenges from their identity.

L'Oreal Groupe : Australia 2021 Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras

L’Oréal Australia was proud to rise together to celebrate and promote Human Rights, Diversity, Inclusion and Pride On Saturday 6th March, L’Oréal Australia was proud to be a Major Partner of the 2021 Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras. This year, the festival took over the Sydney Cricket Ground, delivering an incredible showcase of the LGBTQI+ community for all of Australia, in a COVID-Safe environment. A stadium crowd of 36,000 spectators cheered on as 5,000 marchers, from over 120 parade entries marched onto the field in a vibrant display of diversity and unity.

For 2020, the For Women in Science Fellowships across Australia and New Zealand will be supporting solely women researchers tackling issues around climate change.

L’Oréal Australia is proud to announce they have received MOVE level of EDGE (Economic Dividends for Gender Equality) Certification. The EDGE assessment is the leading business certification for gender equality in the workplace that is universally applicable across industries and countries.

Fourth Australian fellowship added to L'Oréal-Unesco For Women In Science Program

For over ten years the L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science program has supported Australian female scientists with the aim of encouraging more young women to enter the profession and to assist them once their careers are in progress.
